Pilates BURN is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, AND cardio vascular intervals guaranteed to pump up your heart rate and burn fat, all while still developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. General Yoga

General Yoga is a class using a mixture of single Asanas (postures) and sections of Vinyasa (flow). This class is using quiet robust positions - even if you consider yourself as strong and advanced. This class will challenge you!
