STRETCH is a slow-paced class where you will increase your flexibility in a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you are a beginner or an athlete, this class will help you minimise pain, improve your body’s functionality and boost the effectiveness of your workout routine.
Most of us start having routines in our life: daily routines, workout routines, movement routines. Those habits distract us from being mindful of our own body. This is where our STRETCH class has its roots: bring your body’s understanding back to you.
