That’s right we have two Yoga & Pilates Studios across two fantastic locations in Townsville. Our CBD studio is on Level one inside the Townsville Health Hub and our second Yoga & Pilates Studio is located at North Shore in the Northern Beaches suburb of Burdell. We are offering you the opportunity to come into one of our Studios and try-out a Yoga and/or Pilates class for FREE. Checkout below for a selection of our classes. We speed it up for our gym bunnies and slow it down to feel the stretch all in one class. Focus is on alignment while building strength, stamina and flexibility throughout! Suitable for the beginner and advanced students alike these classes are an inspiring as they are relaxing! You will work every muscle along the way. Be prepared to explore and remember to leave your uprightness with your shoes when you take them off
A Forrest class with a twist, a bend, a forward fold. A little more flowing yet the same focus on core, alignment, breath and longer holds. Prepare for anything throughout these classes as you are guided to the unknown. It is the ultimate mix of structure and freedom! Intelligent sequencing allows the freedom of the class to flow safely while giving the opportunity for the more advanced to pop out some hot little poses! Exploration is key and as always it teaches us not to take life to seriously!
Pilates is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates was formed by Joe during the First World War with the intention to improve the rehabilitation program for casualties. Pilates is a non-impact class, which helps with strength, flexibility, stability and inner awareness.
